Current Vacancies:
1. We are currently seeking a conveyancer to join our property team.
Our property team provides social housing, commercial property and residential conveyancing services.
This new role is to handle residential conveyancing for individual clients and in due course to deal with shared ownership plot sales on behalf of social landlord clients.
Essentials: ability to conduct a freehold, leasehold and newbuild sale and purchase with minimal supervision, strong client care skills, pro active approach, ability to act on own initiative, strong IT skills, good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm.
Advantages: Experience of plot sales and/or shared ownership leases.
We welcome applications from solicitors with up to 12 months PQE, those who have completed or are part way through CILEx qualifications, as well as paralegals qualified by experience. Subject to the above essentials and as part of our Investors in People (silver) accreditation, we offer various training options for development.
We also welcome applications from those who wish to work part time, as well as full time.
