A partner within the firm since 1978, Richard is a highly specialist Social Housing lawyer. With over 25 years’ experience acting for major Registered Social Landlords (RSL) on Treasury Services matters, primarily stock transfers, Richard’s special interests also extend to securitisation and development.
In respect of development services, Richard has a wealth of experience in Site Acquisition/Redevelopment, Mixed tenure developments, Disposals, Planning Matters (including Section 106 Agreements) Infrastructure Projects, and Nomination Agreement.
In addition, Richard advises on a wide range of Sales and Leasehold Services including set-up and sale of Shared-Ownership Schemes, set-up of Management Companies, Mortgage Rescue and Care in the Community.
