A Partner within the firm, Jeff’s career of over 30 years as a litigation solicitor has spanned a number of disciplines including general commercial litigation, matrimonial law and employment law. However, his particular expertise and focus for the last 12 years has been Claimant personal injury work.

Having been a civil litigation solicitor throughout his professional career, Jeff has seen firsthand the challenges and demands that litigation proceedings have on the financial and emotional resources of the parties. Understanding the human and commercial benefits of mediated settlement, Jeff is committed to the early resolution of disputes of whatever size and complexity, with minimum cost and delay.

A strong supporter of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Jeff received accreditation as a Mediator through Clerksroom in April 2009 and has a willingness to mediate a range of cases including personal injury, employment disputes and commercial contract claims.

Although based in North West England (Manchester), Jeff is prepared to travel throughout the UK if requested.

On a personal note, Jeff is married with two adult sons. His spare time is divided between his enjoyment of mountain-biking, fell-walking, skiing and photography.
