Simon joined Croftons as a partner in 2002 and now oversees all of the firm’s key leadership and management functions, as Managing Partner.
Alongside his Managing Partner role, Simon retains a small caseload in bringing cases on behalf of individuals who have suffered personal injury. As a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) Simon’s special interests are health and safety issues in the workplace and noise induced hearing loss cases.
Having also spent a significant proportion on his career representing insurance companies, Simon brings a healthy and balanced approach to litigation.
Simon is a Trustee of Oasis Manchester and also a Director of Good News Broadcasting Association (GB) Limited.
