Louisa joined Croftons in August 2003 and having completed her Level 2 Certificate for Legal Secretaries (City & Guild) with distinction and two merits, has progressed within the firm.
Louisa is a Litigation Assistant within the personal injury department, specialising in road traffic cases. Her caseload includes representing clients who have been injured by uninsured or untraced drivers, and whose claims are pursued through the Motor insurers Bureau.
Away from the office, Louisa enjoys going to the gym / fitness classes, listening to a variety of music, going to the cinema and socialising with friends.
