Site Surveyor™ is a free, downloadable Apple iPhone app to save surveyors and their clients time and costs.
The app is brought to you by specialist property lawyers, Croftons Solicitors LLP, for use by building surveyors to record information accurately and rapidly when preparing a Schedule of Condition at the start of a lease.
By recording comments and taking photographs electronically on a single device, surveyors can quickly and easily capture the condition of the property whilst automatically recording the location through the built-in GPS tracking system.
Site Surveyor™ is available in the Apple App store as free download now.
