If you are looking to acquire or dispose of commercial premises, then we can help you with this.
We work closely with our clients to identify key points within a transaction so that these issues are given suitable priority. Beyond this, we look to work closely with our client’s surveyors to help ensure that possible delays or problems are anticipated in advance, and appropriate action taken to either eliminate or reduce any adverse impact on progress.
Throughout a transaction, we adopt a solutions-based approach to problems which may emerge, and we also keep a keen commercial eye open.
On one recent disposal programme, we had been asked to meet a challenging deadline for completion. At the point when we were supplied with our client’s property insurance information, it became clear that we could save our client several thousand pounds in renewal insurance premium if we could bring completion forward by 3 days – which we subsequently achieved, thus achieving added value for the client.
We are not into “points-scoring” with other solicitors; rather, we seek to move your transaction forwards in a positive and pro-active way. This reflects our values and in our recently concluded independent client feedback programme indicated was something which was greatly valued by our commercial clients.
