With over 25 years’ experience acting for major Registered Social Landlords (RSL) on Treasury Services matters, primarily stock transfers, Richard’s special interests also extend to securitisation and development.In respect of development services, Richard has a wealth of experience in Site Acquisition/Redevelopment, Mixed tenure developments, Disposals, Planning Matters (including Section 106 Agreements) Infrastructure Projects, and Nomination Agreement.
