Cathy also retains a position within the Residential department and deals with all aspects of residential property transactional work and social housing work, with a particular emphasis on domestic conveyancing and shared ownership/new build HomeBuy sales and purchases.
Having obtained her single honours law degree from Queens University, Belfast, Cathy went on to complete her professional training at The Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Belfast. After completing her training in Northern Ireland, Cathy moved to Manchester in 2007.
Cathy is a member of The Association of Women Solicitors and as well as being a keen cyclist, she also enjoys the music scene Manchester has to offer and relaxes by practicing Hatha Yoga and indulging her passion for travel.
