We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Junior Legal Secretarial positions – Personal Injury Department.

We have various secretarial needs across our PI team, which are likely to be met by 2 full time positions on a 12 month temporary contract (with the possibility of extensions or the arrangement being made permanent).  We are seeking to provide secretarial assistance for a team comprising Partners and other lawyers across the department.

We are interested in hearing from:

a)    Graduates or “A” level School Leavers who have excellent IT/keyboard skills and are organised.  Ideally, we would like some administration/secretarial experience in addition.
b)    Junior Secretaries (legal or otherwise) who are seeking a position with progression opportunities.
c)    Any other candidates who believe they have the relevant skills/experience required for these roles.

2. Junior Legal Secretarial position – Property Department

We have an additional secretarial need across our Property Department to work within a team supporting a number of fee earners/partners working primarily on conveyancing, social housing and commercial property matters.

We are interested in hearing from:
a)    Junior Secretaries (legal or otherwise).
b)    Graduates or A-Level school levers who have excellent IT /keyboard skills and are highly organised. Ideally, we would like some administration/secretarial experience in addition.
